The reappearance of Entheogens as active influences in global society will inevitably challenge the dominant ethics. Unlike the appearance of LSD during the 1960's, today's use of psychedelic substances is more serious and informed.

We have built on the valuable experience gained from the LSD therapy of Holocaust victims, and we are coming to terms with indigenous spiritual traditions. There remains one hurdle: the recognition of Entheogenic plants as tools of authentic therapeutic, spiritual and medicinal benefit.

This book presents a series of arguments for all those who work in this field, and are motivated to defend this cause in a court of law. This book is not about breaking the law, it is about understanding the law and making it work for us.
