I took 2mg Xanax, 5mg Ambien, and 300mg Gabapentin at 10:15pm, since they all have the potential to make me drowsy or just plain knock me out, depending on tolerance.

I have a strong tolerance to anything that causes sedation due to being prescribed Xanax and Ambien for about 7 months. Even Benadryl at a higher than recommended dose does no such sedation. My usual dosages are 2mg Xanax 4 times a day, and 10mg Ambien at night. I have severe insomnia with trouble falling asleep and waking up multiple times during my sleep cycle.

I received a couple Gabapentin 300mg from a different source. I am also a bit opioid tolerant, as a side note.

I had been having an increasing amount of anxiety, arthritis pain, and a horrible headache with occular pain, and toothache, so I tried this combo out to see if it would help.

I'm mainly hanging out in my room by myself, not doing anything particularly special except playing on my PS3. The environment is quiet and calm.

At 10:45pm, I seemed to have calmed down a bit but with no noticeable pain relief, no drowsiness, but a slight increase in focus.

At 11:05pm, I took the 2nd 300mg Gabapentin, still feeling the same, except a slight reduction in the occular pain.

At 11:35pm, I started feeling more focused on a game I had been playing since 11pm. Doom 3 BFG on PS3 if it matters. However, when I stood up to use the restroom, my legs felt lighter but I also felt mellow and more zoned out with a minimal body high reminiscent to taking 4mg of Xanax or a Soma (Carisoprodol). I still had barely any reduction in headache or toothache.

At 12:10am, my headache had reduced to about a 4 out of 10 on a general pain scale. It had been 9 out of 10 to start with. The eye pain had also reduced to a tolerable level, and the arthritis pain had almost completely subsided.

At 12:15am, I decided to take another 2mg Xanax as well as another 5mg Ambien, making the totals 4mg Xanax, 600mg Gabapentin, and 10mg Ambien.

12:36am, I managed to successfully request a 350mg Soma and took it. I then went outside for a half of a cigarette. 39°F didn't even phase me. Earlier in the day, 51°F was cold to me. I have no idea why the colder temperature felt nice to me this time. When I got back inside, I drank about 3 ounces of 100% grape juice because it seems to make the Soma work better for me. It may just be a coincidence.

12:56am, I started feeling the Soma... and felt pretty good with the moderate ataxia. Still not drowsy one iota, but started having minor double vision. I started considering taking my prescribed 200mg Seroquel, but didn't.

2am, lost track of time. Definitely feeling my balance gone a good amount.. like I'm drunk, but can still think relatively clearly, considering what I took. My hands are also having difficulty holding my phone steady while typing. My head and eyes are feeling a sort of high. Generally, I'm feeling pretty darn good, but it's a different kind of feeling that I can't explain fully.. since I've never tried this combination before. It's pleasant, though.

2:05am, I'm taking 200mg Seroquel. Also going outside to finish the cigarette.

3:15am, taking one more 200mg Seroquel, and gonna finally eat something. Feeling pretty hungry and tired now.
