Basically, these are three Class I & II steroids -- Deca-Durabolin Dianabol Sustanon -- stacked in order to combine fast & long-term gains that will maintain over time so there is minimal loss upon completion of the cycle. The cycle lasted for 8 weeks total. I had NO weights in which to train with. Instead I did a series of improvised workouts primarily targeting the upper body. To maximize gains I focused on slow-resistance during reps, meaning I did each rep as slowly as possibly in order to obtain the most muscle stress possible. Also, I took a break no longer than 20 seconds between sets. Additionally, I ate about 150g of protein per day and drank plenty of water.

After 8 weeks I had gone from 115 to 140 lbs. Two weeks post-cycle I only lost 4 pounds. So I kept the vast majority of my gains. I had no negative side-effects such as 'deca-dick' and my temper was only mildly increased. Also, my blood pressure reading increased from a top reading of 115 on average to 125.

However, I was merely one of the VERY few lucky ones that aren't prone to more serious side-effects.

Overall, I was VERY pleased with my results (25 lbs. of pure muscle) and will most likely cycle again.
