I would like to begin this trip report with a little background info so I'll start this trip report off by listing my previous experience with psychoactive substances. At 17 I smoked cannabis for the first time, almost immediately I was smoking everyday. At the date of this trip I had been smoking about three .5 gram blunts a day so about a gram and a half was my daily cannabis consumption. I have had three experiences with mushrooms only the third trip did I have a difficult experience, I have also tried cocaine cut with pure heroine twice, methylphenidate numerous times, and uncountable experiences with alcohol.

Setting: It was Easter weekend and I had gone back home from college for the weekend. We got home on Thursday night at about 9:00pm, my parents were not coming home until Saturday morning so my brother and I decided we would drink and chill while we were alone. At about midnight he went up to bed and I began looking in the medicine cabinet for something to do tomorrow knowing I would be fiending for weed all day. I found a full bottle of oxycodone 5mg pills and whats better, they were pure (no Acetaminophen). The bottle said to take 1-3 pills so I went to a harm reduction website and looked up typical doses for oxycodone it said 5-10mgs was low dose so I decided 15 would put me in a chill place and planned to take them the next afternoon. I woke up at about 9:00am the next day and began to prepare for my first opiod experience by looking up possible side effects, what to expect and reading trip reports. To say the least I felt fully prepared and ready to try these pills.


12:00pm

I took 3 pills (15mg) and went outside to smoke a cigarette while I wait to feel the first effects, I had eaten to avoid any nausea or other gastrointestinal problems I had read about. By the time my second smoke was done I had stared to feel some effects and they were coming on very strong, I stood up and my head began to feel very heavy and a warmth engulfed my chest and it began to radiate through my body, most of the effects at this time were in my body as opposed to my mind and I thought this was strange. I laid down inside and just watched tv while my effects continued increasing.

By about 45 minutes after ingestion I had a very nice nod going and was very pleased. My eyelids felt like they weighed a ton and I found it very difficult to keep them open but my mind was still very clear I don't know how to explain this but it physically felt like I couldn't stay awake but mentally I was wide awake this was like the ultimate stone and it was great. As time passed the intoxicating effects of the oxy cascaded over me and surrounded me in their warming heavy effects. The best way I would describe this is if someone wrapped me in a very warm blanket and set me on a cloud, I felt like anything was possible but I didn't want to do anything. When I would move my body was slow and heavy but very fluid, this nod was like nothing else.

At about T+2:00 I decided to take a shower because I was starting to get tired and it sounded good, I got in the shower and was just over my peak when I began to itch all over. My whole body itched and it was driving me crazy so I ended my shower early, when I got out of the shower I began it feel nauseous and immediately threw up twice. I had not felt ill prior to throwing up but somehow felt really good after I was done I felt wake and relaxed again so I laid back down. Within 5 minutes I was on the floor throwing up again. This was the only thing that I did not enjoy about this experience, after the first time I puked I had a stomach ache that I could not shake.

All in all My first experience was much better than I expected and the liquid feeling of sedation with intense euphoria was incredible and kept me wanting more.
