Taking it for ten years - life altering in all respects. The fog of on-coming depression disappears, etc. In my experience, it takes weeks to settle into the regimen. Even when I have gone off it for a few weeks, it takes two weeks to get back to the place I was before.

Downside - weight gain and sexual performance. I gained 105 pounds and eventually had to get gastric bypass to get to a manageable weight. Likewise, to cure the second problem I got Viagra.

Funny world. Pharma saves my life, but at a price....more doctors and drugs! Regardless, I am now thin (sort of) and can get a woody within 20 minutes with the little blue pill. Life is good. Thank you Pfizer.
