I was feeling pretty stressed out and tried to find an herb that had an anti-anxiety effect. I read that valerian may work, so I went to the drug store and got some 450 mg capsules.

T-0:00 - I took 3 capsules (1350 mg).

T-1:30 - No effect. I take 3 more capsules (a total 2700 mg).

T-3:00+ No effect, but my breath smelled fecal (like shit) (like the plant).
