I have long ago stopped ingesting illegal classified substances...because they are illegal. Suffice to say I have had my share of intense, mind-blowing, other worldy experiences with LSD, Psilocybin Shrooms, MJ, Mescaline, and Opium. And I have tripped very hard a few times...you know those 'I am not sure if I am ever going to be sane again' kind of trips.

Given that experience level. I recently was turned onto legal relaxing highs that supposedly were like MJ. Been trying out spice lately. Various types. Fire and Ice. And one called Scope. Great experiences. It's like a quick MJ high, with a little added psychotropic effects. Now these are some smoking blends all of which I am not sure what they contain not in what amounts... but they have worked well.

But I did some research and decided to get my own stuff together. I ordered
Scullcap Mad Dog
Calamus Root (Acorus Americanus) Powder
Kratom Premium Dried Leaf

I ordered separately some other herbs but they had not come yet.
Salvia Divinorum (Diviner's Sage, Ska Pastora) - Weight 28 grams foliage
Pedicularis Densiflora (Indian Warrior) - Weight 14g Buds with Foliage
Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus) Organic - 4 oz

So anxious to try some things out. I decided to experiment with a one at a time...and layering them.

Scullcap
I made some Scullcap Mad Dog tea. Simply opened a tea bag and added a teaspoon as suggested to the tea and steeped it as a normal tea. It was a very slow euphoria that creeped upon me as relaxation and then as more euphoric. But all very mild. It really is a great and cheap way to relax without smoking or drinking alcohol.

I always want more feeling or euphoria so I read up on Kratom Tea. I did a quick Kratom Tea recipe....which is simple again. 1 Teaspoon of Kratom Ground Leaf Powder. To 6 ounces of water. Microwaved it to heat it up and mix it together. It did not taste very much like anything. Reminded me of those Green Drinks a little except a lot less taste. Now this did not have a whole lot of effect, but I did notice that the euphoria got a little more edgy and energized. Which was cool...it was something.

After this I decided to take just a pinch of the Calamus Powder (Acorus Americanus), Kratom Powder, and some ground up ScullCap Mad Dog and add it to the few 1/4 of a bowl of Smoking Blend called Scope that I had left...I wanted to stretch it out.

The result. I got really edgy and kinda body high.

Normally the 'Scope' by itself would produce a sweet 10 - 15 minutes of serious body high and deep emotional communication between my spouse and I. Thoughts flowing easily, but sometimes very clouded thoughts that are hard to remember....quite a nice feeling of abandonment. After that a glowing relaxed additional 1 hour or so...great to go to sleep with.

But having combined the different elements...I am not happy with what I have so far. I felt mostly irritated that I did not gain the high I expected. The next day I felt tired and irritated. I was a little bit sick with a cold when I tried this combination...but nonetheless I will not be trying it all together like this again.

2 days later. I healed up a little bit from my cold, and I made some more Scullcap Tea. 1 Teaspoon again. In a mug of preheated tea temperature water. All I got from this time was a mild and relaxing evening. I think I will use it as that later.
