Since arriving in Argentina from the US, and after a total travel time on approx 48 hours, I was feeling exhausted to say the least. The unceasing noise of motorbikes, lack of 'normal' crossroads and intersections, and constant yelling in spanish, which I barely understand... I was feeling a bit stressed to say the least. It felt like every sound and occurance was stabbing my brain...

After finally acquiring Clonazepam (Clonagin as it is called here),
I took 4 .5 mg tablets and was able to finally get a decent night's sleep. I would also take an occasional .5 during the day, to cope with the stress of adapting to the stresses of the 3rd world.

In all, I would say its good to take the edge off, but can really mess me up if taken with to much alcohol.
