This is my 5th time taking Ayahuasca at home.

I've been buying the particles from online shops in the Netherlands, several different sources with several different materials.

Always at home, on a Friday midnight, after 6-8 hours of brewing the stuff. Always with veneration, humbled and with scared intention.

This is my 5th time of brewing my own Ayahuasca, and I did not have any visionary effect. No visions. I remember the 4th time however I had some purges and some closed eye visions, but nothing heavy, nothing like what others had reported when I read their experiences.

I'm sure I've followed most common recipes with diligence, but to no effect. This plant doesn't give visions to everyone. I still hope it works in subtle ways.

Can't say what the benefit is, as it is not observant. I could not go to places from where to download experience. Perhaps the local Chinese herbal remedies salesman could sell similar admixtures to similar effect. No DMT-like hallucinations, no visions, no purges.

Just wanted to let you know that not everything you read as experiences others have under Ayahuasca is guaranteed for you, too. Almost every report thus far I read told stories of extremely strong and unique experience dealing with the hardest and deepest parts of the psyche. Not the story - always!
