Anyways, I was at my boyfriend's house and we smoked a few joints with some of his friends. I was getting a nice buzz because it was my first weed of the day. His friends left and we decided to rail some blow. As I said before, I only did one line and so did he. Almost immediately, I felt a rush of overwhelming clarity. Everything in the room was more clear and enhanced, the edges of posters and furniture stood out.
We decided to barbecue some food, so I went outside and stood on his deck. At this point, all the trees and houses around me seemed to be pulsing inward. I was getting a little freaked, beacuse this wasn't what happened last time I did coke, but it didn't feel bad, so I just enjoyed it. When my boyfriend came with the burgers, I told him what I was feeling and he said that he didn't know what I was talking about. The sky seemed to be concave, coming towards me, everything was right in front of my eyes.
After eating, we went back to his room and lay down on his couch. This was when the weird things started happening. I was looking at a 'trippy' poster on his wall, with swirls and colourful shapes. I felt like I was falling into the picture and getting thrust out, over and over again. My body was even rocking a little bit, towards and away from the poster. My boyfriend held onto me, so I'd stay still and we started kissing.
Now, this was by far the strangest part. Kissing him felt odd. Thoughts kept going through my head about how weird kissing is, lips going over each other. I couldn't focus on the fact that it was HIM with me. He felt like a complete stranger. I had to stop kissing him because I started to get freaked out. I didn't want him to touch me, and I stood up. I felt that if anybody was to touch me, I would be smothered and confined.
I was detached from everything around me, and my vision was similar to that of when you blink really fast. It seemed like my vision was a camera, taking a million pictures. Everything was jagged and piece-y.
The real 'nightmare' of the experience was the fact that a place and a person that usually made me feel safe and comfortable were turned into strange, frightening things. After about half an hour, everything went back to normal. But I had the experience on my mind for days.
Obviously, this isn't a common effect of cocaine OR weed for me. I think it could be some acid flashbacks, or traces of DXM that I'd taken frequently a few weeks before.
