Tried this stuff for around a year to fight that alcoholic's insomnia. A couple of the 2.5 sublinguals (orange flavor tastes better than the mint) did the trick for quite a while. Then I started waking up in the middle of the night in a horrible, paranoid semi-conscious state. Along with bad dreams there was a horrible taste. 10 years later someone gave me a bottle of the oral pills. First try I went back to the same state which made me quit taking it. At 9mgs it upset my stomach as well.
