I've tried nitrous via cream bulbs a couple of times now and every time I have one I find myself begging someone to give me another, so they are rather fun and I'd say addictive. The best way I've found to take the bulbs is to exhale as much as I can then breath in the bulb (try for the whole thing) then hold as long as I can and breath out (if there's any left in the bulb repeat the process). My experiences with bulbs, every time they have made my body tingle and my head spin, a couple of times I've heard everyone's voices go deep (but am not sure) and one time they made me get extremely aggressive and violent (I found myself punching walls, chairs, myself ect. I started throwing empty creambulbs at walls. And I was on the phone screaming at a friend over the phone.) I have only experienced this aggression once but I have heard stories from a reliable person that others have experienced it.
