Over the years I've done many drugs without fear, shame, regret, or anything that would dissolve my feelings about a certain drug or chemical, but I will admit, when it came time for me to experience 5-MeO-DMT...I had a rather uneasy feeling about it.

To start the experience-story off, It was a tuesday morning, I was at a friends house visiting. I was aware before-hand of the fact that I would be spending the day doing various drugs with him. I called in sick to work and started by smoking a bowl of marijuana. Feeling a bit tired, I took 60mg of Adderall orally to wake myself up. 60mg turned into a kick over 90 when I decided I wanted to snort a line of it to get the effect a bit faster. He told me he had a vial of something called FOXY, or 5-MeO-DiPT if I remember correctly.

I took somewhere around 35mg of FOXY orally within the period of about an hour. I was getting a very, very satisfying feeling from the FOXY and decided that I would have a much better feeling if I snorted a line of MDMA. I crushed up a pill (Pink Crescent) and snorted the whole thing. About 20 mins go by and I am feeling amazing, I am in a state of total bliss.

At that time, my friend informs me that he has a small vial with around 70mg of a drug called DMT (5-MeO-DMT). He explained to me what it was, and what it did to you once you've taken it. I was interested, but I had to consult a harm reduction website just for my own comfort. I read a few posts from other people who have done, it and again, I was very interested. After kicking around the pro's and con's of 5-MeO-DMT, I decided that I would venture into the 5-MeO-DMT world. I was already feeling amazing and seeing some visuals from the drugs we had done earlier, he filled a pipe with 18mg of DMT.

I voulenteered to take the first dose. As I touched my lighter to the glass bulb, it started to smoke, at which point I took a very large hit off of it and held my breath for as long as my body would let me. Instantly after I exhaled, I fell into another world. A world where utter terror and absolute bliss walked hand in hand. At first I was afraid, I felt very uncomfortable with what I was seeing and feeling. Then all of a sudden, I fell into a sweet, sweet state of nirvana. Shapes turned into sounds, colours into shapes, sounds into colours, and so on and so forth. Ive never been to a place like this before. The ceiling looked as if it were melting, dripping on me as I stumbled around the room. The music in the background set all of my colourful visuals to a harmonious and rythmic beat, dancing around me. I lifted my hands to make sure I was still there, alive, breathing...But they had melted off of my arms. It didnt matter, I danced and laughed and played with the angels of my new-found world with a smile on my face. Nothing in the room was recognizable. I was in a world with neon pink trees, flowers made of jello, and inhuman creatures that welcomed me with open arms. Just as I started to get really into this new life, things started to re-appear. I now realized I was laying on the floor, or the bed, staring at what looked like a stereo. I then came to realize I WAS on the bed staring at the stereo. I was bummed. I was so happy and so free in the 5-MeO-DMT world, that I didnt want to come back to my own. I could see my friends sitting around me, I could hear them calling my name, asking if I was alright. I wiped the sweat from my forehead and somehow managed to slur out a reply. I was fine. I lived.

I was now completely back to the real world, even though I still had visuals off of the FOXY, I could comprehend that I was back in my friends room, safe, sound, and with a whole new meaning to the phrase 'La-La-Land'.
