HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me!!

A friend M has gifted yours truly with two bags of salvia one is a half oz of dried leaves and the other a baggie of 5x extract. Prior to this experience I had smoked a few j's of dried leaves, didn't do much except induce extreme laughter :) It was a warm October day when I decided to indulge in the gifts. I packed a bowl of dried leaves that I ground up and sprinkled about a 1/10th of a gram on top of the leaves. I lit some incense and put on some Dead Can Dance to carry me thru my trip.

I'm sitting on my bed with my so called sitter and I spark the bowl and kill half of it with my mighty lungs and hold the smoke in for as long as I can, and quickly finish the rest in the same manner. I place the pipe down and lie back in my bed and the effects come very quickly. I feel like I'm getting hotter and very tingly and as if there's a wind blowing. I close my eyes and try to calm myself. My attempts are useless I have no more control over this trip.

My room morphs into some sort of hut used by witch doctors in the jungle of South America. I see these witch doctors above me looking down at me shaking their heads, like I just died or was sick or something. I leap out of my bed and am back in my room but I see him, the man of bones and wearing a top hat. He was the one who drags the dead away into their rest. I said I'm not ready to go and ran from him. I ran into my backyard where the dog was and held the dog as she was licking my face. I said I was scared and didn't wanna die. She told me it will be fine. I stayed out there in the sunshine with the dog, hiding from death.

The peak lasted maybe 15 minutes but its hard to say. For another 45 minutes or so I felt like I had smoked some cannabis but was very paranoid.
