The Possibilities of Snorting Black Tar Heroin

The best way to do Black Tar is shooting it. You can smoke it, but its a huge, huge waste. My problem is that I have never really been very proficiant with a needle. I know how it's supposed to be done and I have even had limited success, but its always been a crap shoot (no pun intended) as to whether I actually can cop a vein or not. And by the time I actually get to the shooting up part I'm usually shaking so much that I have to knock back a shot of whisky beforehand just to chill out enough to attempt the shot.

Recently I came across some Black Tar (a rarity around here) and came up with the idea of trying to snort it somehow. But this stuff wasn't China White; its way too sticky and moist. I didn't want to take a chance on trying to cut it with something in an attempt to stabilize the consistancy, for fear that I would screw up the whole chunk. So I decided to cook it down, as if to prepare for a shot. But instead of rigging it up I let it cool for a few minutes in the spoon, got a straw and snorted the liquid in one fell swoop. I honestly didn't think I would feel much, if anything. And that would have been OK because I kind of saw this experiment as yet another learning experience in life. But within three minutes (and much to my suprise) I felt the wonderful (and very strong) onslaught of the Black Tar. I was truely amazed at how much I got off, and it was very sudden.

I know from a friend's own experience, and his warning to me, that the Black Tar we got is unusually strong. But I have what I consider a very high tolorence to opiates myself, which is why I was even more suprised at how well I got off. Within 5 to 8 minutes I felt it fully. It felt as strong as if I had shot it up. Snorting it as I described is definately an effective alternative. I'm sure I'm not the first to try it this way.

FYI: The dose I snorted was the same amount that I would have shot up. I honestly don't think I lose anything going through the nasel passages, it's just not instantainious. But it also seems that the liquid form speeds up the natural absorption. I also cut the straw in half; less space for the liquid to travel. But above all, please don't assume that you should do more the first time because you are snorting it without giving it a test run to see how you react.
