Yarrow, Mugwort and Lion's ear as effective Cannabis withdrawal relief

Today is my first day of abstaining from Cannabis after 5 years of daily smoking (average 1g per day) and using a mixture of Yarrow, Mugwort and Lion's Ear to treat the withdrawal symptoms. My thinking being that the Mugwort would create a sedative effect to calm rage and anxiety, and the euphoric effect of Lion's Ear would balance out any discomfort that the Mugwort creates. The addition of Yarrow is intended to induce sweating and accelerate the removal of excess Cannabinoids.

My first impressions of the mixture is that it is greatly effective, I smoked around 0.3 of the mixture through a pipe and noticed the calming effects 5-10 minutes later. A few hours passed and I smoked another bowl of the same size as I had begun to feel annoyed. It was after this bowl that I noticed the sweating effect of the Yarrow.

In conclusion I believe that this mixture is highly effective at alleviating the withdrawal of Cannabis.
