This is my first experience combining cannabis and yerba mate. And it was a pleasant discovery for me.

I suffer from Anxiety Disorder and am medicated with amitriptyline for that.

Today, at 7:00 pm I decided to drink a good amount of yerba mate in the [gourd]. I just filled it many times until I got to take a liter.

I started to notice the effects at 19:30, I felt a little stimulated and I was shivering in a very pleasant way. It occurred to me to smoke some cannabis, so I loaded my pipe and did 4 big puffs as I usually do.

However, this experience was different, I was full of energy, so much so that my body shivered pleasantly. I have never used cocaine but this is how it should feel. I felt a strong and pleasant tingling throughout my body, pleasure that could be compared to a small dose of codeine. There was no time for anxious thoughts or sadness for at least 3 hours. Cannabis did its thing, a gentle shoulder massage and a good euphoria.

I am very sure that tomorrow morning I will do the same combination to wake up. Cannabis and yerba mate, my new dynamic duo.
