Around 18:00, I packed a bong bowl with a layer of cannabis, then approximately 50mg of what I would consider very high quality DMT (based off of previous experiences, comparative user reports, and appearance), then another layer of cannabis. I was sitting in a chair facing my backyard, consisting of trees and grass. I took a small bong rip, and passed it to my friend. At first it felt like a mild mushroom trip, but then I took another big bong rip and started to “blast off” almost instantly. At first, the trip intensity was moderately slower than I expected.

Things started to fractal, and then the trip intensity grew exponentially. At first, it was a little bit of an uncomfortable trip - it almost felt a little demonic. But then an angel appeared, floating around in front of me encouraging me not to be afraid. The angel bopped me on the head and my entire world shattered in an instant, revealing heaven, as a parallel universe, layered on earth, which was only revealed by the DMT. I went from feeling mildly uncomfortable to experiencing the most incredible eye-opening happiness and bliss ever. Seconds and minutes felt like decades and centuries. Time moved quickly, yet simultaneously not at all. I fully experienced and visualized heaven. Everything was illuminated in a spectrum of colors that I have never experienced outside of DMT. I hallucinated visual movement that was fast, but smooth and flowy. It was like getting shot through infinite corridors of the most incredible light waves ever. I interacted with heavenly beings. I experienced singularity. As the DMT started to fade, I had the feeling that this heaven on earth was still there, but receded to invisibility without the DMT.

The whole trip lasted about 10-15 minutes. After which, I felt pretty sober. But then as I stood up, I realized my balance was still a bit off. For at least the next 30-60 min, I generally felt sober, but if I concentrated on anything that required precise motor functions, I could tell that I was still being affected by the DMT (and maybe the cannabis as well, but predominantly the DMT).

Some background: I have smoked DMT a number of times before. However, I normally smoked DMT mixed in with a cannabis joint. I had experienced very intense trips—achieving “blast off” state by most metrics. The trips were so intense, I didn’t think it was possible to have a more intense trip on DMT… until I tried smoking it out of a bong. This was the second time I smoked DMT out of a bong, but probably my 15+ time smoking DMT period. When smoking out of a bong, I find that my trips go much deeper. My hallucinations and visuals take on a life of their own and for a few minutes, I am entirely immersed in a universe that is separate or parallel to earth.
