	300 mg	oral	Pharms - Venlafaxine	(daily)

I am a Disabled Veteran. Ten days ago I was prescribed Adderall 10mg Tablets to be taken orally each morning at the rate of 2 pills per day, to which I have adhered.

I have, also, been taking max dosages of Wellbutrin ( 450mg, 12 hour SA Tab, daily, 30 years ) and Venlafaxine ( 300mg, extended release capsules, daily, 10 years ).

Problem: I have developed, over the last several years, severe fatigue, which has partially manifested into acute Sleepiness over the last 10 years. The VA tried Ritalin. It had no effect on my fatigue etc. I, literally, begged my Psychiatrist for a stronger stimulant. Enter Adderall.

As of late, the Adderall has produced no changes, as applied to Fatigue. The sleepiness has subsided to a moderate degree. I have consumed 8-12 caps of Caffeine for 5 years with only minute, short lived, moments of energy. I have tried crushing the pills in to powder form, crushing and mixing with baking soda, with no significant improvement. As soon as I finish this note I am going to try snorting the drug.


Summary: I am a 63 year old veteran whose life, as I knew it, totally changed in 1970 when the landmine I happened to step on, exploded and took the life out of me in a millisecond. No pity, please. I have desperately sought, and I am desperately seeking still, anything that can return to me the Vitality, Energy and Zest for the life I seek.
